Gravestone Cleaning
$150-$300 per marker
We approach each gravestone with attention to its material, age, and condition, beginning with a visual review and confirmation of site requirements to determine whether cleaning is appropriate. Where suitable, we use gentle methods selected for the stone, with the aim of supporting its long-term care. Before-and-after photographs and a brief written summary document the work and any concerns observed.
Planting & Ground Care
$100–$250 per visit, plus plants and materials
Thoughtful planting and light grounds care can help maintain a welcoming, personally meaningful burial place. Depending on cemetery permissions and site conditions, work may include hand weeding, trimming surrounding grass, tending existing plants, or introducing approved seasonal flowers. We agree on the scope beforehand and provide photographs of the completed work, along with any recommendations for ongoing attention.
Seasonal Care
$300–$500 annually for four tending visits
Seasonal care offers a consistent connection to a burial place throughout the year. Four scheduled visits include light tidying, removal of loose debris, attention to permitted existing plantings, and observations of visible changes to the marker or plot. Each visit includes photographs and a written update, with gravestone cleaning, new planting, and floral purchases quoted separately.
Condition Documentation & Specialist Referrals
$125–$250 per marker or single-grave site
If you are concerned about a memorial’s condition, we can help you create a clear record of what is visible. A visit includes photographs and written observations of concerns such as cracking, leaning, surface loss, or changes around the base. This is a documentation service rather than a conservation or structural assessment, and we can help identify appropriate specialists when further evaluation is needed.
Individual Care Visits
$75–$125 per visit
When distance, health, or everyday circumstances make visiting difficult, we can provide attentive care on your behalf. A visit includes light tidying, removal of loose debris, and a visual check of the grave and its immediate surroundings. You receive photographs and a personal written update, with any additional work discussed before it is undertaken.
Special Projects
$300–$1,500+ per project, following consultation
Some places need a more individual approach, particularly family plots, groups of memorials, or projects combining care and documentation. We work with you to establish priorities, understand the site, and develop a proposal suited to its condition and your goals. Each proposal sets out the work, deliverables, schedule, and price, with larger or ongoing projects quoted individually.
All work requires appropriate authorization and is subject to cemetery rules, access, weather, and site conditions. These ranges assume one grave or marker unless otherwise specified, with additional travel, purchased materials, cemetery fees, and specialist work identified in your estimate. You will receive a clear scope and agreed price before work begins.
Flowers & Memorial Placement
$50–$85 per placement, plus flowers or memorial items
We help you mark a connection through the careful placement of flowers, wreaths, or a personal tribute. Arrangements are guided by your preferences, seasonal availability, and the cemetery’s requirements. Photographs confirm placement, and any requested return visit to remove or replace items is quoted separately.
Dates of Remembrance
$85–$150 per visit, plus flowers or memorial items
Birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other meaningful dates can be honored with a visit shaped around your wishes. This service combines light tending with the placement of an agreed tribute or personal message, where permitted. We coordinate a date or visiting window in advance and send photographs with a written note afterward.
